ClipSonar is a product operated by SYLQ LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use ClipSonar websites, apps, and related services (the “Services”).

• Account information such as name, email, and authentication details when you sign up.
• Billing information processed by our payment providers when you subscribe.
• Usage data such as pages visited, product actions, device and browser info, and approximate location.
• Content you submit including Instagram creator links, reel URLs, and analyzer inputs you provide.
• Public social data from Instagram and related sources that you ask ClipSonar to analyze on your behalf.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve ClipSonar analysis, playbooks, and product features
• Authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Communicate about product updates, support, and service-related notices
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted processors that help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, email), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction.
