Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SYLQ LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, doing business as ClipSonar (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing access to and use of ClipSonar websites, apps, and related services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

ClipSonar provides Instagram and TikTok clip analysis, creative intelligence, playbooks, and related tools for creators, brands, and agencies. Features may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with or without notice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems
• Do not use ClipSonar to violate platform terms, intellectual property, or applicable law
• Do not scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law
• You are responsible for how you use insights and content generated from analyzed public social media material

Intellectual property

We own ClipSonar software, branding, and product materials. You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content as needed to provide the Services. Public social media data analyzed through ClipSonar remains subject to the rights of the original platforms and creators.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Analysis, playbooks, and recommendations are informational tools and do not guarantee results. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYLQ LABS PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
